1. Our service

We provide in-home dog boarding in Orlando, FL. Availability is limited by capacity, so a booking is confirmed only once payment is received and the dates are available.

2. Bookings and payment

Online bookings require full payment up front. Payment is processed through Square's hosted checkout (Square Payment Links); we never handle or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed only after Square confirms the payment. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars.

3. Your booking code

After booking you receive a 6-character code to view your reservation, update your contact details, or cancel — no account needed. You are responsible for keeping this code private.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation policy is shown to you at checkout and on your booking page. In general, cancellations made before the notice window are refunded in full; late cancellations may carry a fee or receive only a partial refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Square.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you provide about your dog is accurate, that your dog is up to date on required vaccinations, and that your dog is in good health and free of contagious illness or parasites at drop-off.

You must disclose any history of aggression, medical conditions, or special needs. We may decline or end a stay if a dog poses a risk to people or other animals.

6. Care and liability

We care for your dog as if it were our own and will contact you promptly if any issue arises. In a medical emergency, and if we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care at your expense.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. You remain responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog.

7. Right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion — for example if capacity, health, or safety concerns make a stay unsuitable. In that case we will refund any payment for the affected dates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book is the one that applies to that booking.
